Who are HR Matters?
The owners of HR Matters, had the vision to make world-class HR and Employment Law accessible to all small to medium size businesses and to use their combined experience and expertise to support other business owners in this forever changing complex world. They want to help put the HR value back into these businesses they usually find are exposed and are not legally compliant.
HR Matters was officially born in June 2023 and has grown steadily. All our HR and Legal consultants have been hand-picked for their specialisms in their particular field, so we can meet the huge variety of complex HR and employment law challenges faced by business owners. We’re not the biggest and we’re not the cheapest. Our ambition is to build an HR company that offers access to a personable, unrivalled level of service in every town across the UK, that protects business owners by having the right legally compliant documents, HR and Legal advice and assistance when they need it.

I have been working closely with HR Matters for around a year. I have found the service to be extremely professional and approachable, always keeping in mind our best interests.
