STEP 2: OUR DISCOVERY MEETING
The next step is to have a telephone or video meeting with us to discuss your business and its HR Challenges. We can then provide you with our bespoke tailored solution. We can even carry out this meeting face to face if you would prefer. Rest assured we do not charge anything for a discovery meeting.
STEP 3: TAILORED SERVICE PROPOSAL
This will outline what we discussed detailing our bespoke tailored service offering. You will find our service proposal very easy to follow as we don’t like clunky and complicated. We provide a very clear HR Services road path with NO CONTRACT TIE IN.
STEP 4: ONBOARDING
Once you have approved the Tailored Service Proposal, you will be contacted by our onboarding team. They will provide you with all the key information including booking in the initial dates and times with your dedicated advisor and/or provide access to the HR Matters People Software platform.
